Article 137
Constitution of the Constitutional Court

(1) There shall be a constitutional bench in the Supreme Court. In such a bench there will be the Chief Justice and four other judges appointed by the Chief Justice on the recommendation of the Judicial Council.
(2) The bench under sub-section (1) shall initiate and dispose of the following cases in addition to the petitions made under sub-section (1) of section 133:-
(a) Regarding jurisdictional disputes between Union and State, State and State, State and Local Level and Local Level,
(b) Disputes related to the election of members of the Federal Parliament or Provincial Assembly and the disqualification of members of the Federal Parliament or members of the Provincial Assembly.
(3) Regardless of what is written in Article 133, if a case under consideration in the Supreme Court is found to involve a question of serious constitutional interpretation, the Chief Justice may designate such case to be heard by the bench as per sub-section (1).
(4) Other arrangements related to the operation of the Constitutional Bench shall be as determined by the Supreme Court.
